AMG is led by operators who have built and run data and analytics functions inside some of the most heavily regulated organisations in the UK.
Ajibola Akande
Ajibola is a data and analytics leader with more than 23 years of experience shaping enterprise data strategy across financial services, government and healthcare. Most recently a senior data analytics leader in the forensic data analytics practice at EY, he led engagements detecting and preventing fraud, bribery and financial crime for major banking and government institutions, and directed a digital transformation programme that overhauled operational risk for a UK government department.
Earlier in his career he led analyst teams applying data analytics to health and social care data across England, supporting the regulation of services and driving measurable improvement in the quality of care that service users receive. An extensive educational background in electrical and electronic engineering underpins a career spent turning complex data into decisions institutions can trust, the conviction that now drives AMG.
Omosholape Adebanjo
Omosholape is Director of Operations at AMG Data Solutions, where she oversees the company's day to day operations, drives process efficiency, and supports the execution of strategic initiatives across our technology products.
She brings over seven years of experience across customer service, project management, branch operations and team supervision, with a focus on operational delivery, customer relationship management and team leadership. Her work centres on streamlining processes so that delivery stays consistent as the portfolio grows.
